The YES SUPPLY Method is a proven life coaching system that blends science backed techniques with spiritual laws and manifestation. By the end you are certified in 5 different certifications as a Mindset Coach, Neural Energetic Wiring Practitioner (blending somatics, NLP, and TIME techniques), Neural Energetic Encoding (subconscious coaching modalities, breath, and energy), Clinical Hypnotherapy Practitioner, and EFT Practitioner.
Why I Chose the YES SUPPLY Method
I had spent a few years on my personal growth and self discovery journey. During this time, I took A LOT of personality tests and assessments (seriously way too much), but they helped me find my strengths and all of my skills pointed to coaching.
I had followed Reese on social media for a while and got introduced to the YES SUPPLY Method program on Instagram.
One thing that stood out for me that Reese would say is that the more money gets in the hands of good people, the more power good people will have to make changes in the world.
This deeply resonated with me.
As a heart-centered soul who had a deep desire to help empower women of color, it was so inspiring to see a kind-hearted woman of color with pure motives and intentions living her best life, securing the bag, and helping the world at the same time.
I knew that’s who I desired to be as a woman, leader, business owner, and coach.
The YES SUPPLY Method program was right for me because it mixed practical coaching skills with innovative subconscious tools and modalities.
As a coach, I truly desired to be able to provide my clients with shifts that were more than just surface level.
I had been studying the subconscious mind and the science behind supporting deep healing and long-lasting change within a person.
The YES SUPPLY Method provided the opportunity to develop my coaching skills and learn cutting-edge techniques that would help me create results for my clients and stand out as a coach.
My YES SUPPLY Certification Experience
Initially, I signed up for the Self-Paced Practitioner program within YES SUPPLY. I found that I struggled to get through all of the content in a timely manner. I needed accountability, a schedule, and community.
So, when Reese announced a new Live Cohort program, I was thrilled.
I took the YES SUPPLY Method certification training from January to June 2022.
During the training, we received weekly calls with one of Reese’s trainer team (my trainer was Olga- SHE IS AMAZING!), you get lots of practice time with other students to integrate the learnings and plenty of time to ask questions, plus there are monthly calls with Reese where you can ask questions about coaching, techniques, mindset and your business!
Top 3 Reasons I’d Recommend YES SUPPLY Method
1. Community and Cohorts
When I say that joining a cohort was the best decision that I could have made on my YES SUPPLY journey– I mean it. It gave me the accountability, support, and focus that I needed to complete my certification. The energy of the cohort was truly unmatched. Every week, Olga, Steph, and the folks in the cohort encouraged me to trust the process and reaffirmed that I was ready to be a coach. I was able to be surrounded by like-minded people with the same intention of helping themselves and the world.
2. Practical Skills and Application
During each week of the certification we were assigned a video training to watch and study from. In each weekly meeting with our cohort, we would put our studying into practice. We were split up into groups of two to four coaches. This gave the opportunity to experience all of the modalities as both the coach and the client.
3. Return on Investment
The certification and cohort portion of the YES SUPPLY Method alone make it worth the financial investment. On top of that, after graduating as a practitioner, you will receive access to the “Amplification” portion of the YES SUPPLY Method. This gives you access to courses like Yes Dream Clients- a step-by-step course that helps you create your signature coaching program. It also includes training for sales/ discovery calls, social media, and mindset. Plus, you get access to all past and future Q&A calls with Reese and additional technique mastery calls with trainers. Reese and the YES SUPPLY team really go above and beyond to make sure that you are over prepared to step into the coaching field.
My Personal Transformation
I had such a huge transformation while going through the program. While in the live calls I did a technique with my partner called Emotional Freedom Technique aka EFT Tapping . Before doing the technique, I was feeling completely overwhelmed and anxious and after the technique I was at peace and calm. I was amazed the technique worked so quickly!
Other powerfully effective techniques that I loved were Anchoring, Parts Integration, and Swish Patterns.
Going through this certification has completely changed my life. This journey has shifted the way I see and navigate the world. It gives me hope that I can be a catalyst for good and help coach myself, loved ones, and clients through anything.
